Deborah works with Regulation 7 Family Consultant and Social Worker Felicity Jensen to provide a streamlined process for child inclusive mediation.  The focus is to ensure that the mediation process is planned and undertaken in a way to ensure that the needs and interests of the children participating are prioritised.

This process is useful where there is a difference in opinion as to the children’s wishes and the weight that should be applied to their wishes in making decisions about future parenting arrangements.  It also can be utilised where guidance is required about where individual children are at in their child development journey and the impact that has on the future parenting arrangements.
